Sunstone Realty Launches New Website

New features, functions, information to better serve diverse client base

TAMPA, Fla. (Aug. 20, 2010) – Sunstone Realty, LLC, a full-service residential and commercial real estate firm based here, announced today that it has launched a new web site to better serve its expanding and diverse residential and commercial customers in Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast of Florida.

“Sunstone Realty is definitely not the traditional real estate firm,” said Broker/Partner Joe Gibbons, “so we want to make sure our website is not the traditional website either, and that it accurately reflects our unique services, capabilities and people.” Gibbons said that in addition to providing residential and commercial brokerage services, Sunstone Realty also provides REO management, asset/property management and affordable housing and construction development management.

As one of six divisions of the Meritus Corporation, Gibbons said that Sunstone Realty is an integral part of a comprehensive collection of companies specializing in providing solutions to some of the most important challenges facing our communities today. “We have separate divisions to handle construction, utilities, green management and funding, homeowners’ association management, and provide administrative, operational and financial guidance to municipalities,” said Gibbons. He added that Sunstone Realty’s new website, featuring its new logo, more comprehensive explanation of its expanding range of services and easy-to-use search listings for residential, commercial, vacant land, multi-family and rentals is the first in a complete update of all the Meritus Corporation’s websites underway.

“Our organization has grown so quickly during the past year, adding new services, new people and new clients, that we realized our presence on the Internet has not kept pace,” he said. “Each of our divisions’ websites is being reviewed and revised, not only to make sure we have the most up to date information and functionality, but also to make better use of social media links to Facebook, Twitter and use other Internet-based technology like RSS feeds to make sure we keep in close touch with the communities we serve.”

He said that MarketingDirection.com is providing the overall marketing strategy and coordinating all aspects of the website redesign program, and that Silicon Advantage has handled the first phase of the redesign for Sunstone Realty. Jonathan Benn Joins Sunstone Realty As Realtor/Office Manager
